What is the engraving process for Kindles?

Once you send us your enquiry of the Kindle model you need engraving we will send you a digital proof for you to approve before we go ahead with the engraving. If you require a company logo or design then email this to us as a vector drawing (AI, ESP, PDF file format) so we can use this for any proofing. Once approved we will laser engrave your Kindle and return back to you or simply come and collect.

For corporate orders of 10 units and above, we recommend you organize your own drop off and collection using your insured courier company.

The quality and look

The laser simply etches the back of the kindle removing the surface layer to reveal a half millimeter depth engraving; this means the outcome will leave the same colour etching. The laser engraving process does not harm the device or electronics in any way.
